Fantastic staff. Room was adequate but in need of some repair (rusty towel rail and hole/ stains in carpet. Most concerning were the plastic trays that the cooked breakfast items were in as they were all broken and worn. Very off putting.

This hotel is unique in that, apart from the excellent rooms and service, I think it would be difficult to find a place anywhere with such lovely views of a river, a harbour and scenery that is picture postcard beautiful.

The hotel was excellent. It had a lovely bar and dinning area and staff were good. thumbs down for the bedroom it was tired and no bigger than a large broom cupboard. I particularly did not like seeing a naked man in the room opposite my window. I would say you would get a better room in one of the cheaper hotel chains.

Hotel very clean overall. Room had tea coffee etc. The balcony off my room made my stay even better much. Views from sun drenched(all afternoon)chairs on balcony if Oulton Broad were stunning. The staff were very accommodating and polite. Food was good too. Will definitely stay again
