We were thrilled that they checked our extra luggage between our two stays with them. Great view of the sunrise/sunset from our corner room, but minor street noise as the compromise. No A/C, so you will need windows open in the summer. With a family of four, Amity Queenstown was such an improvement over a traditional hotel.

The staff was very kind and you can see that working very hard to keep up with the place. The room was a little bit dated, but finally appointed with everything that was needed. It was very blue when I was there, and they had fans to help. Keep the place a bit cooler at night. The location is good as you can walk to the downtown.. A pretty good location overall

The stairs going to the apartment had no railing to hold onto and did not feel safe. We were so thankful for the staff who carried our luggage to the top. The cleaning staff were excellent and courteous. It was very convenient to the town centre and close to bus stop.
