We stayed for 7 nights and were genuinely torn between a 4- and 5-star review. In the end, it’s a mix of great highlights and a few inconsistencies.
Our room was beautiful, set right over the water, with absolutely stunning views. The staff were consistently friendly and made a real effort to accommodate any requests. A special mention to Chris at breakfast, who remembered our preferences each morning and provided excellent service. The receptions was also warm and helpful, especially when housekeeping was inconsistent.
That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. Breakfast was hit or miss—some days it was excellent, while other times orders were incorrect or overcooked. Housekeeping was also irregular; sometimes the room was properly cleaned, other times only partial service was done.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return, but a bit more consistency in service would make a big difference.
