A great location and new furnishings are about the only positives. Terrible customer service, all done via what's App, and just not very helpful. Other than the lovely lady serving on the roof bar everyone else made you feel like you were in the way, not a single smile. I could list 20+ problems with this place. For example, " please can I have some ice, no sorry you'll have to come down to the restaurant and ask them". Went down, and then told I'd have to bring a glass from my room if I wanted some as they were a different company.
No milk in room, "please could I have some". No sorry we don't provide that"
Both v minor but just examples of no customer service.
"Please could I get a late check out, happy to pay ?" "No sorry, we're completely full". Checked on line and there were lot's of rooms available"
Please note the restaurant as previously mentioned while apparently part of the hotel, is not. If you eat there you can't put this on your hotel bill, you have to pay there and then.
Just not a good experience, there are a lot of hotels in Mexico City, far cheaper and offering better service.
