This place is the pits avoid avoid the list of complaints is endless curtains ripped thread bare damp around windows unpleasant smell in entire building the place is scruffy and dated light in window less bathroom didn’t work every part of the floor creaked £8 to park on hotel grounds arrogant male manager all windows screwed shut no way out if fire to get in shower was an experience on its own the list goes on we paid for breakfast but avoided it due to our experience

We had a very enjoyable stay. The sea view was excellent, and the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The only small point was that the shower area was a little compact, so it could feel slightly less spacious when bathing. Overall, a lovely experience and we would be happy to stay here again.

It was fantastic room. Very large although by having an extra bed it meant that there wasn't much room to go through to the door as the bed & wall was tight to manoeuvre. We found our main thing that let us down was house keeping. Beds not made and bathroom towels, soaps etc. were hit and miss.

Easy check-in, staff helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Room kept clean, towels changed daily. Part of the hotel being refurbished with scaffolding on the frontage of the building, necessary but did not affect the view of the Esplanade and the estuary very much .

I stayed for one night (Saturday-Sunday). Upon arrival at the hotel there was no parking spaces at the front of the hotel. Spaces are limited, so its first come, first served. I managed to get a space on the opposite side of the road to the hotel,

We had a lovely stay at the Exmouth Beach Hotel. They were kind enough to accommodate an early check in for us, which we really appreciated. We booked a room with a sea view and it was absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect, so close to the beach and an easy walk to local shops and restaurants. The room itself felt a little bit dated, but it was still perfectly okay and comfortable for our stay. Would recommend for the location and views!

Can't fault the staff what so ever they were all great. I do have a few problems though. We paid extra for a sea view room and granted we got one but it was only upon arrival that we were made aware that this was going to be affected by scaffolding up the window. The shower door was also not on the runner properly and came completely off while I was taking a shower. I did report this at reception and it was sorted within an hour or so but it did nearly hit my head as it fell so could have been worse.
