Clean, spacious rooms and consistently friendly staff, from reception to the café and restaurant. The location is excellent, right next to the main train station and a large shopping centre, with the Old Town just a short, pleasant walk away. The room was well equipped with a fridge, a coffee machine and a water purifier, which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was easy to adjust. A special thanks to the member of staff at the coffee bar who went the extra mile (working on 9 July) – unfortunately I didn’t catch his name. The hotel also has a gym and sauna, although we didn’t have time to use them. The Asian restaurant was a pleasant surprise too; as an Asian myself, I found the flavours to be very authentic. Overall, I’d happily stay here again.

Hotel was just excellent. Location is great, right next to the main train station in Krakow, and a couple minutes away from the main/old town square. Hotel staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, and my partner and I got a free room upgrade. Room was excellent, clean, comfortable. Couldn’t be happier with our stay here, and we will definitely be staying here again when we come back.
