Our flight from Cancun landed late and we were too tired to drive. Red Roof was close to the airport, so we went. Check-in went smooth however when we turned back the sheets, a ROACH ran out. The pillow cases were dirty and the bathroom floor had hair on it.

This was a pleasant surprise, we had to last minute book this hotel. It was a very good experience. Check in clerk was super nice. The room was in a good location. The room was clean. The a/c work very good. The bathroom, microwave and refrigerator were all clean. They had great amenities hand soap and lotion in a dispenser near the sink. Shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. The towels were clean white. The ice maker worked and was.very clean because the melted ice water tasted clean. I would highly recommend this location of the red roof inn.

The heat/ac unit had a noisy fan and seemed to be stuck blowing hot air no matter how low the thermostat was set, also the desk chair was in tatters. I can truly say the other reviews giving this location 1 star isn’t at all what I found. The room was very clean, neat and everything worked. I was also able to check in a little earlier as it was already available, which I appreciated greatly. The parking is easy and it was quiet (outside of the normal hearing other doors close at times).
