the room I stayed in was of standard dimensions. There were noticeable holes in the walls due to changes in racks and fixtures. While the bed was comfortable, it was equipped with wheels, resulting in a disconcerting sensation as any movement caused the entire bed to shift. The bathroom door was noisy and difficult to close, and there was a persistent issue of water leaking from the button of the WC. On the last day of my stay, the boiler malfunctioned, leaving me with no choice but to endure a cold shower. The breakfast buffet offered an interesting selection, but some items were subpar. Moreover, I was surprised to learn that there was an additional charge for scrambled eggs. On a positive note, the hotel's location was convenient, particularly for accessing the bus stop to reach ski areas. The staff were consistently kind and polite throughout my stay. However, the most significant issue I encountered was the presence of very noisy guests during the first and last night. Despite reporting the disturbance to the hotel manager three times and requesting a room change, no action was taken, and I had to endure a sleepless night. It was disappointing that the hotel did not address this issue effectively, and I believe they should have taken firmer action, including potentially asking disruptive guests to leave. There is significant room for improvement, particularly in the quality of the rooms and the enforcement of stricter rules for disruptive guests.
