Great location.. a pleasant 20 min walk into the centre. Staff were polite and helpful on arrival. I had requested a bottle and chocolates in the room as we were celebrating and they were waiting for us.. asked for an early checkin which was helpful and the room was ready upon our arrival. Continental breakfast is included in the price. Cooked breakfast was £9 and was very nice and well worth the money. Overall very pleased woth the hotel and we will defo sty there again.

8/10 Muy bueno

We had a very good time, the room was comfortable and pretty convenient, but this is NOT A HOTEL. Lovely though it was, there is no bar, no restaurant, no staff after lunchtime ish. It is simply not a hotel. I would love to give them more stars, but it is not what it claims to be.

No bar no restaurant although lovely Italian restaurant around the corner within 2 minute walk of hotel. This is a hotel described as luxurious. This is an exaggeration
