Cet hôtel a un très grand charme par son cadre, sa décoration avec une végétation luxuriante dans le patio, une terrasse en roof top avec vue sur la marina et il est très calme. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. On peut vous accompagner à la plage en voiturettes gratuites. Autre chose qui a son importance, il a une piscine, plutôt un bassin pour 6 personnes mais on a accès gratuit à une grande piscine à l’extérieur à 150M de l’hôtel. Nous avions les chambres (n°2 et 3) qui ont une décoration assez simple. salle de bain chambre 2 très peu fonctionnelle (éclairage venant du plafond et miroir très éloigné sans éclairage) et fuite d’eau sous la paroi de la douche pour les deux sdb. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et copieux mais le service est un peu trop long (>1h). Dommage que certains détails viennent entacher notre séjour: Pas de lumière de chevets dans la chambre 3, plusieurs prises de courant HS, banc de lit taché. Très peu de rangements pour les vêtements et manque de cintres dans la penderie. Et il n’y avait pas de télécommande de la télévision dans la chambre et ils n’ont pas pu nous en trouver une. Malgré tout nous gardons un bon souvenir de notre expérience dans cet hôtel.

Normally I don’t write reviews on hotel stay because when I pick a place to say, I’m literally just taking a bed to lay my head and so there’s really nothing special for me to talk about. However, in this case, the entire property was absolutely beautiful. It was beautiful in the pictures, but real life. It’s even more beautiful. The front desk workers were so amazing and so kind and so helpful, the food on the resort was absolutely delicious and again everything was just so beautiful. I have already decided that my next time coming to the Dominican Republic I will be staying in this exact same location And hopefully I can bring my sister and a couple of other people with me. The experience was amazing and I really appreciate them for making my first time in the DR as amazing and as beautiful experience. If I can give it 100 stars I would.

What a little gem! Among the big resorts and fast paced hotels, this small boutique hotel stands out for its uniqueness, accommodations, and an impressive staff led by Jonal. Our room was well appointed with quality bedding, comfortable bed and quiet AC. We were upgraded to room #1 that has a private sitting room where we had morning coffee and breakfast and afternoon tea. The attention to detail and service provided by Jonal and staff needs to be mentioned because it was the highlight of our experience. Every morning we were greeted with an excellent selection of breakfast options, my favorite was the waffles and eggs Benedict. The preparation and service worthy of 5 stars. Outside the hotel within a short walk are some excellent restaurants; I recommend Noah’s for seafood and The Scene for authentic Dominican fare. Also, Dolce, for a great selection of baked desserts and gelato. Unfortunately, we didn’t use the beach because of the seasonal seaweed that is attacking all of Punta Cana. But the community pool was a short distance and we spent an afternoon participating in the different pool activities. I should mention that the hotel has small pool, a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. There is also a cart that will take you and pick you up from the beach. The beach, is not walkable because of the road construction. Again, if you’re looking for a unique, slower, more personal experience, this is your place. I highly recommend, and would stay here again.
