Room was ok, nothing special but good be improved. With price i paid i cant complain. If i had paid what hotel was charging then yes i could see areas of complaint like window kept opening as lock not working, noodles in kettle so not been cleaned from previous customers. You get what u paid for so i dont have complaints. Staff were brilliant. Very friendly. Would defo use hotels.com again. Great price and good communications

The hygiene doesn’t exist at this hotel. Custome service is terrible. 1. First room smells cigarettes 2. Second room has toilet smelling. Staff denies the smell in both. Sheets are dirty, staff gives me sheets to change myself! I couldn’t stay I left for another hotel.
