Overall clean but there were two times I visited the toilet and it was quite messy, with no the bin full, no toilet paper and some leftovers from previous guest(s).
The bathrooms are way too few. We stayed on the second floor and two times (across only one night) I had to go to the third floor because all toilets were occupied. It's inconvenient that toilets and showers are in the same room, so if someone is showering they will occupy the toilet while showering.
The reception is ice cold and with a really strong perfume smell, so beware if you're sensitive.
However the capsules were actually too hot, we needed to sleep with our blinds open because we needed the air from the AC to get in.
We got a bed on top so we needed to climb up to it, the little ladder is very much all design but not much functionality so climbing it is hard, going down even harder.
There's almost no space in the dorm to unpack your things, you feel like you're in the way no matter where you put your bag. Don't book this place if you have a big bag.
