Realizar os preenchimentos via e-mail, e verificar quais não chegaram e informar também o hospede que para acessar o apartamento é necessário fazer o cadastro via facial se não, não acessa o apartamento. Pois não recebemos e demoramos para acessar, porém tivemos suporte rápido. Saída, o horário é pontual, após isso, não tem mais acesso para o quarto Travam tudo. Quarto ótimo, com tudo o que precisa, microondas, geladeira , fogão, cafeteira e sanduicheira. Bem aconchegante e bem localizado, não é muito longe da estação de metrô. Super fácil e seguro a entrada no apartamento com sistema de reconhecimento facial e porta do quarto com senha. O detalhe foi apenas a limpeza que na minha visão poderia estar melhor, mas super recomendo !

Teve vários problemas. Ambiente muito frio. Não havia uma vedação adequada. Fogão parava de funcionar. Baixo fluxo de água da pia (fui avisado antes). Por outro lado, o apartamento tinha uma boa limpeza. E o acesso foi muito fácil.
