We didn't even stay. I reserved a King bed and was told it wasn't available. So we took 2 queen beds. When we got to the room, there were no trash cans, no soap, stains on the floor and sheets. There was hair all over the bed and it looked dirty. When we turned on the heat, there was a burning smell. We got our stuff and went to the office. The front desk staff were nice and apologized. We were supposed to get a refund and didn't. I called and no one ever answered. So, ultimately I had to file a dispute on my bank card. It was a horrible experience. Save your time and money and don't book here.

When we checked in, the room had a musty smell, the bathroom wasnt clean and the air conditioner was filthy. Fortunately, we had an emergency and had to leave without staying so when I talked with the o site manager, I told him why we needed to leave and agreed to pay for the first night and he said he would refund me for the remaining g 3 nights I had booked and haven't gotten a credit to my credit card. Needless to say, I won't ever stay there again.
