Room was clean. Beds were actually comfortable. Only complaint is I was unable to take a shower before I checked out. Only scalding hot water would come out of the shower. Kept turning the knob and then the water would only come out cold.

Fake nice hotel. Pictures were way better. No bartender Friday night. Cable machine in the fitness center was broke. No microwave in room.

Great location and good staff. Only problem I had was room 205 had ants on the desk and folks were partying from 2am-3:30am. Music was turned up and folks were loud. Staff went up to help but music continued to play. Did not sleep well before my race event that morning. Staff was helpful when Ask to be moved to another room. Probably will not stay at this location again.

The property looks a bit rough and not kept up well. People were smoking marajauana outside in the pool area frequently. There was trash on the ground that I picked up in the pool outdoor area. The room was fine

The lobby was hot and uncomfortable first walking in. There wasn't any staff there to see if I can check in early. A guy finally walked out of their offices to what I needed? I was already walking back to the restrooms. I told him I needed to use the bathroom and I'd be right back. I don't know what air fresheners the hotel used, but it was a terrible smell and with it being a warm lobby area only made it smell worse. The room was very clean, but that whole hotel had that smell. No available ice machines on the property. Definity not going to be staying there again. Really didn't see and breakfast options there.

Bar/lounge on site was nice but they removed ice machines and rationed it out upon request, so that was a bit weird! Overall great experience , beds comfy and nice restrooms setup ( I like toilet space private)

The carpets in hallway and room are terribly stained and smell like urine. The check-in process was a nightmare- very understaffed, We waited for 15 minutes for someone to even come to the desk. We were on floor 2 which looks like a crime scene and there’s a dreadful humming sound through the air units the whole time. Air in the room never got under 74 even though thermostat was set at 70,

Room needed maintenance and refurbishment. Cigarette burns on the furniture, worn carpet and bedside outlets that were broken. Very friendly and helpful staff
