New but has a way to go
This property has potential mostly due to the roof hot tub. But it was clear that it was opened. Maybe a bit too soon. We tried to order room service and we could only do pick up and when I arrive to pick up breakfast, they handed me a very hot plate with no cover to carry through one building into a second building. The cover for our blind in the bedroom, fell off and hit my husband in the head, and there are no signs anywhere. When you’re pulling into the underground parking, you have no idea if you’re supposed to go left or right. And it was only on our last day that we realize we didn’t have to go outside to come into the main building to go to the hot tub area. I think it’s a beautiful resort. But was not worth the money. We paid extra to have Mountain View and were in the building behind the main building (building 2). We only had a tiny view of the mountain in between two other buildings.
