We wanted a place close to gare du nord for an easy trip to the airport and this was it. Note that it is 2 long flights up stairs for this with heavy suitcases.

Newly refurbished & extremely comfortable room. Beds & bedding was lux & greatly appreciated after long days of sightseeing. Building & hallways were a little dark but room & host were great. Bathroom & shower small but perfect w towel warmer.

While the apartment suite itself was acceptable for the price, the air conditioning did not adequately cool the apartment through the most recent heatwave. A fix for the air conditioning, complemented with a fan, would help keep the apartment cooler during these increasingly frequent summer heatwaves.

카운터가 없습니다. 객실에 가기 위해서는 최초 출입구부뒤 비밀번호를 총 5번 입력하고 들어가야 합니다. 파리북역 바로 앞에 위치해서 좋아요. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 청결했습니다. 훌륭했어요. 다른 리뷰 보면 방음이 안된다고 했지만 크게 불편함을 느끼지 못했습니다. 투숙 기간 동안 하우스키핑은 진행되지 않습니다. 여분 베개와 이불 그리고 수건 등은 서랍에 비치되어 있으니 참고하세요. 적극 추천합니다.

Each time I got into my room, I had to go through 4 coded doors! It’s in a good and convenient location but it is hard to find it in the beginning and there’s no lift so you have to drag your luggage to 3 floor.

Spacious suite with most amenites available. Very convenient location for Gare du Nord. No bathroom mirror & many fixtures were loose despite looking brand new. Not suitable for anyone older or with mobility issues. Suite located on the second floor, no elevator & requiring multiple different key codes to access your suite

The location is very convenient and close to the train station, which made getting around easy. However, the surrounding area feels a bit unsafe at night, so it may not be ideal for walking around after dark. There is no elevator, so if you have large or multiple suitcases, be prepared to carry them up two flights of stairs to reach the room. The bathroom is also quite small, which may be uncomfortable for some guests. Additionally, to reach the room you need to enter 4–5 different door codes, and it took us at least five minutes each time just to get through all the doors. This made coming and going a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay, but keep these points in mind when booking.

The stay was great. A really nice apartment that nicely fitted two adults and two teenagers. The area is a bit rough and the access to the apartments takes you through a set of locked door. If you know what you book, no surprises. Saw some reviews online complaining about noise in the evening and early in the morning. We had none of that. There is no front desk but staff reached out proactively on WhatsApp to ensure we had all information needed.

The accommodation was lovely but finding the place was difficult. An email was supposed to be sent with instructions 48 hrs prior to arrival but it never appeared in my inbox. It was difficult to get in touch and there is no front desk. There is also no signage on the the building and the address isn't clear as there are many places at the number given. Once we were finally into the apartment it was lovely though. It was clean and comfortable and within walking distance of Notre Dame and some other Big Bus tour pick up points.

The property feels secure. There are quite a few locked doors between the street and your hotel room. This place comes across less like a hotel and more like an apartment building. It has several flights of stairs. We stayed in two different rooms. One room seemed to have mold in the bedroom. Both rooms had an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. Apart from that, the kitchens appeared clean, the bedding appeared clean, the beds were comfortable, the decor was welcoming, we felt safe, etc. The air conditioning worked well. The location was close to the train station and the metro, and there is a carrefour (store) closeby. It fit our needs for one night.
