We stayed for 6 night at this brand new hotel in Shinjuku. The rooms are very spacious and modern, with all the usual amenities you can find in a Japanese hotel. The double bed was made up of two 90cm singles attached to each other and we each had our own duvet. The pyjama provided were very comfy. The shower is spacious and the toilet is separate from the bathroom.
Towels are changed and bins emptied every day, and the room gets a full clean every 3 days.
We had a room on a high floor with view over the temple at the back, and it was very quiet for Shinjuku. The terrace on the 11th floor has greats view and a decent choice of drinks.
The area around the hotel is ideal. The Shinjuku Sanchome station is a 2min walk and has 3 metro lines. It's also only 10min to Shinjuku station, which will take you pretty much anywhere. During the day you can stroll around the many shop and department stores, and at night, Kabukicho is a short walk away. There were lots of small bars around, most of which seems foreigner and LGBTQIA+ friendly (not necessarily English support but open-minded, good people).
If I could point a few details to improve, it would be a bigger bin, cutlery in the room and for glasses and cups to be cleaned/changed when used (ours were never collected for the whole 6 days and we had no access to washing up liquid).
