Lovely well positioned house in Windsor, it was so easy to get to the main town, only a few minutes walk. The house has every thing you need and the bathrooms are great. There is an outside eating space but we couldn’t find the cushions. All in all, we thought the house was wonderful and had a brilliant time.

The host was super-responsive and let us store our luggage at 12 pm, three hours before the official check in and while the cleaning crew was still busy. Thanks, that helped a lot! Check in was easy with a lockbox, and the host was very clear in the instructions. We used all the rooms with 5 adults and 2 children, and the common area (kitchen, dining and seating level) were spacious and great. Three bathrooms gave everyone a good feeling, and the bedrooms and beds were excellent, too. I had seen that some other reviewers gave not-so-great reviews, and after my visit, I found that those cautious reviewers were not quite fair. It's excellent, and you should really consider it!

Fantastic central Windsor townhouse!

Everything was as I'd hoped for. Great location, lots of space, lovely bedrooms. The only fault I have was it advertised an iron and board. There wasn't an iron but there were three boards!

The property requires TLC, externally the property looks neglected and requires attention to cleanliness of windows and broken locks to patio doors on 1st floor, also electric charging point has been broken from the wall and is on the floor in front of the garage. Internally the shower room on the ground floor has no ventilation and the extractor fan does not work so there is an odour on entering the property. In the bedrooms the duvets were torn and need replacing as do the pillows. On arrival we discovered there was no vacuum cleaner or broom to help keep the property clean, also a microwave is required in the kitchen. Overall we were very disappointed and would rate this property as very poor in comparison with other properties we have stayed at in Windsor previously as we are regular visitors to the area.

On the plus side, it was very well situated. It could be amazing that’s the sad part about it. Just some attention to detail would be good. The not initial impression wasn’t good. The front of the house was grubby. Removing spiders webs and cleaning windows would be a good start! The inside was mostly nice enough but the attention to detail was lacking. There was no love put into the house. It could have done with a total refresh. No instruction manual to hand. The garden furniture was unusable. Filthy. Which was a shame on the hottest day of the year. The showers were very slippy underfoot. The upstairs bathroom had a leak. My husband mopped the floor and tried to fix it. I rang the owner to let him know. I didn’t receive a call back. We were in a Windsor for my husband to be presented with his OBE. We splashed out on what was advertised as a luxury accommodation. It wasn’t. I for one am sick of this industry not being monitored properly. Owners happy to take guests hard earned money for accommodation not living up to expectations isn’t on! It’s money for old rope.
