We arrived a little early and decided to go ahead and park in our spot while we waited for our room to be ready. We were in spot 12 and were confused with how to fit because to the left was parking but horizontally, while we were supposed to park vertically, so we ended up parking at an angle because there was little to no space for us to even fit going vertically. Then another guest arrived and was confused on how to park next to us because we had to park at an angle, so he goes to get the lady who was working i believe her name is Julie, comes to our window and knocks on it and first goes “HOLA…. HELLO?”in a rude tone and first of all, i find that to be a little racist because although my friend looks hispanic, she is not. Then she asks us to move our car, we explain to her we don’t know how to because we can’t park the car straight because the other car right next to us, that is parked horizontally, does NOT allow us to park straight because it is too far out. So we fix our parking and she continues to say it’s wrong, so we ask how we should park and she responds “umm i don’t know maybe park better?” and we were all shocked with how we were being treated as guests. we eventually fixed the parking but the whole time she was just throwing a fit and yelling and being rude, i guess she was having a rough time but still, to start our trip off like that was not good. She eventually apologized but i only feel like she did that to save herself. Also the pull out couch had mold.
