The hotel is new, location wise amazing views of Lumphini park. Also it’s next to One Bangkok so it’s convenient. Breakfast was very good with wide variety. Service could be improved as it was busy at times and they seem to be overwhelmed, but I think with time will get better. Overall would recommend this hotel.

We were very grateful for the thoughtful and warm gestures from the guest relations team, as well as the housekeeping team, who kept our room immaculate and left kind messages each day.
