Horrible, cheats. Do not book this place.

This was a horrible stay at this hotel. I hated every min of my stay at this place. To start with, the rooms do not look anything like the pictures. They're horrible and dirty. The gave me a room on the 1st floor which i was not happy to take because i had lot of heavy luggages to carry and the hotel does not have a lift service to the 1st floor. The receptionist was possibly one of the rudest person i have ever met in my entire life. He declined every single request i made with regards to my stay. The draws in the room were dirty. The shower was broken and no soap in any of the dispensers inside the bathroom. Above all, the hotel does not provide a breakfast service despite being charged for breakfast. The receptionist only told me this after i had made my payment. This was a nightmare stay at this hotel.

Lamentable

Pour commencer pas de petit déjeuner alors que c'était prévu dans le prix,ensuite pas de parking,le televiseur défectueux,le lit n'a pas été fait les draps pas changer et les serviette de bain également je recommande à personne cette établissement vous devriez avoir honte de proposer ce type d'établissement .

Ne recommande absolument pas!

J'ai payé pour une nuit avec petit-déjeuner sachant que je devais me lever tôt le lendemain pour un RDV et n'avais pas le temps de me restaurer ailleurs. Or lorsque je suis arrivée, on m'a indiqué qu'il n'y avait aucun petit déjeuner ni service de restauration sans me proposer d'alternatives ni de remboursement. Je suis arrivée vers 1h du matin et lorsque le garde m'a accompagnée vers ma chambre, il a ouvert la chambre qui était déjà occupée par un couple que nous avons donc réveillé en pleine nuit! Apparemment le couple avait déjà été réveillé quelques heures plus tôt pour la même raison! J'ai du attendre 20 minutes de plus pour qu'on m'attribue une autre chambre qui ne fermait pas de l'intérieur ce qui n'est pas rassurant pour une femme seule, surtout après ce qui s'était passé avec le couple réveillé dans la nuit.

ÉVITER À TOUT PRIX PUNAISES DE LIT !!

C'est simple, je n'ai JAMAIS connu séjour plus horrible. Je suis restée deux nuits. La première chambre qu'on m'a donnée en arrivant portait un écriteau du type "Réservé au personnel de nettoyage". J'ai tourné dans l'hôtel 15 bonnes minutes ne trouvant pas la chambre. Le personnel de l'accueil m'a ensuite escortée jusqu'à la chambre et a constaté avec moi que la chambre était réquisitionnée. LE PERSONNEL N'ÉTAIT PAS AU COURANT, AUCUNE COMMUNICATION. On m'a donc donné une nouvelle chambre la NUMÉRO 104. NE DORMEZ PAS DANS LA 104 je vous en conjure ! J'étais épuisée, je n'ai pas eu le courage de faire une réclamation à l'accueil le premier jour, je n'ai pas non plus pris de photos, je voulais juste dormir. Je trouve ça scandaleux qu'on donne encore cette chambre et qu'on paie plus de 50 EUR pour ça ! Les équipements sont sales, rouillés, abimés, cassés. Il y a des traces noires sur les murs. Il n'y a même pas de tête de lit ! Même le linge était taché ! RIEN NE VA ! AUCUN VERROU NE SE VERROUILLE COMPLÉTEMENT DANS TOUT L'HÔTEL ! Même pas celui de la sdb. Ça n'est pas du tout rassurant si comme moi vous voyagez seule. Sans parler de la soi-disant insonorisation... J'AI PASSÉ UNE NUIT HORRIBLE. MAIS LE PIRE C'EST QU'IL Y A DES PUNAISES DE LIT !! J'AI ÉTÉ PIQUÉE PARTOUT ! Le chauffage va beaucoup trop fort. Et le deuxième jour, ON A DONNÉ MA CHAMBRE À QUELQU'UN D'AUTRE ! Du jamais vu ! PAS DE PETIT DÉJEUNER. NE PRENEZ PAS CET HÔTEL ! Je n’ai eu aucune compensation !

Friendly, okay, but not great

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was fine for the price but it was a bit dilapidated. The sheets and bathroom were clean enough but the toilet brush was pretty disgusting. We arrived down to breakfast (there were signs saying that breakfast was served between 7am-10am and it was included in our reservation) to discover that they haven't served breakfast for over a year!

Great for what we needed, but had to cover the window with a blanket as there was a lot of light shining through at night making it difficult to sleep. Apart from that, great stay!

Klimaanlage vorhanden und sehr freundliches Personal. An der Außenseite des Hotels befinden sich helle LED-Panels, die das Zimmer leicht blau färben. Eine Tiefgarage mit 4 Parkplätzen ist für 15€/Tag verfügbar. Das Frühstück ist minimalistisch, aber ausreichend. Türen knarzen möglicherweise sehr laut, das kommt auf den Raum an. Der Grand Place, sowie die touristische Innenstadt oder die EU-Gebäude sind fußläufig innerhalb von 10-20min zu erreichen. Zum Atomium oder dem Mini-Europa läuft man deutlich länger, daher empfehle ich eine Radtour dorthin oder die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel

Ótimo custo benefício

O hotel é muito bom. Limpo, bem conservado e funcional. O preço não é tão em conta se comparado com os capitais da Europa, mas, também não é tão caro. Fica respetivamente perto da atração principal de Bruxelas, o que se permite fazer tudo a pé e não gastar com transporte. É fácil de se chegar e sair pelo metro, porém, se tiver muita malas fica mais complicado, pois, precisará andar uns quarteirões com elas, além, das próprias escadas do metrô, acredito que para economizar isso não seja um problema. Infelizmente, a única coisa ruim é que o cheiro de tabaco no quarto estava forte, não incomodava tanto, mas, era chato sentir.

Nos llevaron a una habitación horrorosa con tres camas diminutas, una puerta al pasillo que no cerraba y para acceder se pasaba por una habitación con una cuna, y peste a tabaco. Protestamos y nos llevaron a una medianamente aceptable y en un tercer piso sin ascensor. El recepcionista daba miedo.

Short business stay

The hotel is convenient to city center, small hotel with nice staff. It was clean but need some maintenance for carpet or peeling paint. Area is safe with many reasonably priced restaurants. Bus service to airport is nearby. Breakfast was good as it was included in price.

Get what you pay for

There is no lift in hotel, so if you have luggage, you'll have to drag it up yourself to 5th floor if you happen to get room there. Sound isolation is very poor - if you have idiot naighbours waking up at 5 or 6 in the morning, their closing or opening the door will be the same as somebody bangs a pot on your head. Or if is is house cleaning, they do not bother to keep silent opening of their closets, which stand in the hallway at any time. This anoys a little if you intent to sleep longer than 7-8 a.m. There is no so good smell in the hotel - all over. When we arrived, it seemed that there was something wrong with waste water. At the same time, it seemed that there was smoking smell in non-smoking room. However, cleaningness in the hallways, stairs - no problem. Linen and shower was clean. No complains. But matress was not very clean. Breakfast is not fancy, but it is enough. Attendant keeps it clean and tables cleaned at all times during the breakfast. TV is for all purposses and nationalities - you can choose from milllions of channels. City tax seems to be paid to the pocked of the front desk attendant, as there was no check issued or anything somewhere marked.

Don’t stay here!

My room smelled terrible. I went down to complain and no one was at the front desk. I went to dinner and came back and still no one was at the front desk. They had to know the room smelled so bad because there was bicarbonate soda in the shower and they left the window cracked when it was 2 degrees outside! On top of that, the door could not be secured from inside the room so anyone with a key could get in- as a single woman travelling alone, this did not make me feel secure. And finally, the WiFi was horribly slow and cut out periodically. I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel compelled to help others avoid this hotel. One of the worst I have ever stayed in, and I count hostels as well. Avoid!

Na dzień dobry Pan nam dał nie ten klucz, co trzeba i weszliśmy komuś do pokoju. Już w tym momencie poczułem się dziwnie, a co jeśli komuś da przez pomyłkę mój klucz i ktoś sobie moje rzeczy weźmie i wyjdzie? Dostaliśmy kolejny, gdzie w pokoju ewidentnie był gdzieś schowany grzyb i przy każdym wejściu było go czuć, a w nocy wdychać... Śniadania przeciętne, ale bez tragedii. Myślę, że do trzech gwiazdek to trochę brakuje i cena mimo, że nie wysoka, trochę na wyrost.

Cuando llegamos al hotel nos asignaron una habitación que ni siquiera estaba en el edificio y a la que se accedía por el garaje, cuándo le preguntamos al recepcionista si no había otra alternativa, al menos dentro del edificio, fue bastante antipático y se burló de nuestras objeciones. Cómo recepcionista de hotel que soy, el trato me pareció muy poco apropiado dadas las circunstancias y que nos estaba ofreciendo la peor habitación del hotel a sabiendas, en estos casos lo mejor es ir con humildad para no enfadar al huésped. Finalmente como la calefacción no funcionaba no tuvo más remedio que cambiarnos de habitación, a pesar de que 5 minutos antes el "hotel estaba lleno y no había nada más"...
