I had a wonderful stay here at this beautiful hotel. The room was lovely, and the service was excellent. My only caution is for those with mobility issues- the beautiful views of this hotel are due to being on top a a large hill. If you will not have a car. I hope you are fit! 10/10 will stay again

Parking was difficult and tight, limited spots available. For those not used to backing into a parking spot in rugged terrain… might be a challenge. Room was sufficient but black spots in shower and screws between bathroom and room not flush to the floor… someone could hurt themselves. Quiet, except in AM when neighbor remodeling his home. Beautiful view of St Jean de Luz.

Nice hotel in an elevated position.

The access would be difficult in a large car; it’s up a steep hill and down a gravel track so if you’ve got a Maserati, go somewhere more expensive! We didn’t have a sea view room but I wish we’d paid more to get one- the hotel is in a lovely, elevated position above the town. We had a view of the building site next door (oh well). Comfortable bed and a good night’s sleep. We were particularly impressed with the buffet breakfast featuring local products - although at 15ish Euros, it wasn’t cheap.

Really cute place and it's really easy to walk to restaurants, bars and cafes within 5min. It's also a nice walk to he city centre which is 15-20min away but we didn't feel it took that long as the walk is by the water and beautiful scenery. Clean, comfortable and staff were nice. The parking can be a bit tricky for SUV and big cars as you need to drive up a narrow streets but once you park there you walk walk to everywhere so it wasn't an issue for us highly recommend this place.

Nous sommes trés satisfait de notre séjour dans le pays basque. Beaucoup moins dans cet hotel. Nous avons déboursé 310 euros 1 couple pour 3 jours. pour une chambre avec balcon. Aurais-je assez de place pour noter tous les défauts : télécommande de clim sale et raffistolé avec du scotch. Avions 2 appliques avec 2 ampoules chacune dont 1 de manquante. Lampe de chevet poussiéreuse. Abattant WC cassé. Tartre sur robinet et bouton WC Volet et rampes sur le balcon besoin d'un bon rafraichissement. En fait l'hotel entier en aurait besoin ainsi que le mobilier Moisissures sur joint cabine de douche. Chambre vieillotte et le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer. Pas de poubelle dans la chambre sauf 1 minuscule dans la salle de bain iL ya une bouilloire non rincée à notre arrivée avec du tartre a l'intérieur Pas de prise a proximité pour le branchement. Apres 20h plus d'accueil OK. et digicode pour rentrer après 20h Très bien. Par contre les clés des chambres des clients absents sont à la vue des autres clients moins bien. 15 euros pour le petit déjeuner cher pour ce que c'est. Je précise qu'il est noté "produits locaux". Nous n'y sommes allés qu'1 fois. 90 euros pour 3 jours Trop cher à notre gout. Le parking n'est pas du tout pratique mais cela est noté sur le descriptif de l'hotel Pour etre objective je noterai 2 points positifs à notre séjour. La vue sur la mer et la proximité du centre vile. Cest tout. En résumé cet hotel ne vaut absoluement pas les 3 étoiles. Chacun fera son opinion

Hôtel dans son jus qui mériterai quelques efforts au niveau de la décoration. Petit déjeuner parfait avec des produits locaux, du pain et des viennoisseries succulents. A notre arrivée la réceptionniste n’a pas été aimable du tout. Notre chambre au premier étage était très basique. Heureusement vue sur la plage, pour se rendre en ville, l’hôtel est bien situé à environ 900m du port, mais pour si rendre il faut emprunter un escalier vraiment escarpé et très pentu ce qui n’est pas précisé sur l’annonce!
