NOT A HOTEL. Hostel is a more accurate description. Pictures are deceiving. Check in issues took 30 mins to resolve. Constant issues ranging from broken AC units dripping water to broken key codes. Wish I could’ve asked for a refund but couldn’t properly communicate my issues in Spanish. Will look into a refund from Hotels.com

This is a really nice to stay. In a great area and just a 2 minute walk to the mall-Unicentral. Plenty of shopping and a good supermarket-Jumbo. Close to the airport. The room was very nice and roomy. It has everything you need. A really nice and clean bathroom with good hot water pressure. The only, thing check in takes entirely too long-45 minutes and then I got the wrong code for the room.The pics advertised is not the room I thought I was getting. But overall, it's a really nice place to stay. Well worth staying, simply because it has everything, and close to the mall and the airport. Great stay thanks
