Sem manutenção quebra
O hotel não tem manutenção. Fiquei em um quarto de casal pavoroso. Reclamei e me trocaram para outro aceitável. Mas nada funciona direito. Nem ar condicionado nem o ralo do banheiro. Café da manha fraco, sem buffet, mas com escolha de prato feito. Em compensação a equipe é maravilhosa. Parabéns.

Un peu déçu par l'hôtel malgré les avis positifs
Une équipe très serviable, gentille et souriante. Mais la chambre d'hôtel était décevante, loin des standards européens : clim capricieuse, WC qui se bouchent (ils ont été très rapide pour déboucher), sans ascenseur (le staff nous monte les valises) Point positif : ils nous ont proposé de nous reloger en nous upgradant, c'est un beau geste commercial. On a pas utilisé la piscine, un peu petite et trop proche de la rue

Allt var fantastiskt. Personalen var underbar, sängarna var sååå mjuka och bekväma samt städning och påfyllning av toalettpapper varje dag utan att behöva be om det. Maten var supergod. Och atmosfären var jätte mysig.
