Buena ubicación. Mucha conectividad de lineas de bus. Bastante aceptable por el precio. Personal muy amable y agradecimiento especial ya que llegamos antes de la hora del check-in y nos dieron habitación de inmediato.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Lage auch sehr schön und mit Bussen ist man schnell überall. Auch in der näheren Umgebung sind einige nette Lokale. Waren mit 7 jährigem Kind und hat alles super geklappt.

Very nice stay although we only booked 1 night. Lovely big room on the ground floor. Owner very welcoming and helpful advising where to find restaurants/pubs locally. Little bit far out of the main Royal Mile for us to walk but there is a bus stop right outside which will take you straight there. Lovely new bathroom. Would benefit from some shelving to put toiletries/toothbrushes etc on but this is just a suggestion more than a negative. Lovely stay overall.

My room was spacious, well furnished and decorated, and spotless. The shower was great, as was the bed. My only complaint was that it wasn’t air conditioned, but air conditioning is rare in Scotland and it happened to be quite warm when I visited. They did provide a fairly powerful fan and I had no trouble sleeping.

The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. I booked a room with breakfast and there was no breakfast available. The owner/manager told me to park on the street right next to the inn. I received a parking violation citation because the street parking was only for residents with proper parking stickers and not for guests of the inn.

Værelset var rent og pænt. Det levede helt op til fotos fra annoncen. Annoncen nævnte en bordvifte, hvilket der ikke fantes på værelset. Annoncen beskev døgnåben reception. Der er INGEN reception og ingen personale ud over rengøringspersonalet. Du får udleveret én nøgle (til tre personer) og skal selv lukke dig ind og ud. Da der ikke er en reception med personale er de nævte services som bagageopbevaring, hjælp til udflugter selvfølgelig heller ikke tilstede.

Our host was amazing and offered true-to-life recommendations on food and activities when asked. The room was comfortable and quiet. We rarely heard others, though the location was full. It was within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. We had a great time.

This property outdid itself with impeccable customer service and the most beautiful rooms. I was in awe. Although a delayed flight resulted in a check in that was later than intended the staff went out their way to accommodate me. I am very grateful with how kind the staff was and how comfortable everything was. I will highly recommend to anyone whos looking for a perfect stay, in a good location for great value.

The property was basic, but clean and comfortable. My room on the back side was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the shower works well, and the owner is friendly and helpful. But as there is no security plate, the door lock could be popped open without much effort.

A lovely place in a handy location

We had a lovely spacious twin room, very comfortable and clean, nice bathroom. A bit of confusion over breakfast - I wasn’t expecting any, as none mentioned when booking, but there was information in the room that said breakfast was 8-9am - clearly an old sign but it wouldn’t take much to remove this and put a new one up. We had no trouble parking in the side street just round the corner, as we only stayed overnight, but this might be more of a problem if you were there during the day because there were restrictions.
