I've stayed at this hotel, and it's sister down the road, off and on for a year while I'm contracting in the area. Let's be honest, you sorted your search to "lowest price first" and this is what came up. So go into it with that expectation. It's not a fancy place. The furnishings are minimal and probably from IKEA or Walmart. The fixtures may have come from the recycled building materials store. The weatherstripping on the door needs replacing and the Wi-Fi coverage isn't great. If you've lived in the dorms or the barracks, that's what you're looking at.
With that caveat up front, the rooms have been clean and comfortable enough. The staff has been very good, are all locals and always very helpful. In the last year I had one broken shower and one (pretty bad) bug problem. Both were fixed with a room swap right away. I'll keep using them, because it's a good price for a bed and a shower, which is all I really need.
