Arrived and there were no luggage carriers to help bring our bags and small children to our room. The front desk was seemingly less than concerned that they weren’t available and responded “oh yeah. Sometimes people take them. We should go and find them”.
In photos of the room, they show a curtain divider separating the bed space from the couch space. In reality, this curtain is approximately 36” deep, not large enough to serve any kind of purpose whatsoever. Do not book this hotel thinking the curtain serves as a divider or provides any kind of privacy between one side and the other.
At 11pm there were people running up and down the hallway, banging on all of the doors. This woke up our entire family, my young children included. It was so loud and so disruptive, we were all awake for the next hour. The running and banging lasted 15-20 minutes. Way too long, especially given that it was nearly midnight.
With plenty of comparable hotels in the area, stay away from this place.
