4/10 Aceptable

Breakfast was good, but room was very dated and quite grubby. Unfortunately we wouldn't choose to stay again

The room was perfectly clean but somewhat tired with a few battered pieces of furniture (lots of peeling vinyl). Breakfast was excellent - you order exactly what you want in advance. Enough parking to the rear and on a slope but OK for confident drivers

Tricky parking, spacious family room and lovely lady that made our youngest very happy by catering to her teddy for breakfast. Property dated and in need of a deep clean, breakfast was lovely

Parking was tight but it was bank holiday weekend and I don't have sensors on my car. Friendly staff checking in. Room had everything that was needed as I just needed a base for the night. I didn't have breakfast as had to leave early in the morning. Overall good value for money basic guest house.

Lovely host, there was never a problem, light & airy rooms.

The hotel was well located. And the lady who runs it was fantastic, a lovely friendly character. Breakfast were incredible and large. The hotel itself clearly is busy and is overdue a good bit of TLC. The rooms are showing age and needed deep cleaning. The room wasn't the biggest, we did struggle with luggage in the room. We did sleep well. I found it l perfect for what we needed

rooms were clean and tidy, bed was a little low, but not a problem for us...might be for someone with mobility issues. Free breakfast, which was a nice change!

A fairly basic hotel but it had what I needed for a stay before going to Lundy. No issues. Comprehensive breakfast choice.

One of the nicest B and Bs we have ever stayed in. Very friendly and approachable host. Clean and comfortable room, recently decorated. Amazing breakfast - huge fresh fruit salad, well-cooked and tasty full English, lots of choice. Very good value - Lynne should charge more!
