Their membership process was overwhelming, very pushy. They were short staffed, line ups to get drinks (no one around to serve you) and line ups to get inside for a table at the buffet. Even served ourselves wine as there were only 2 staff members serving a very large area. Staff was always very pleasant. Hotel also needs updating, looked very old or tired in many areas.

Restaurants and bars were a little disappointing, both severely understaffed, some restaurants only open certain days, one only serving breakfast but listed as breakfast and lunch. Food variety not there, mostly the same food every day at the buffets. Staff was mostly nice, watch out for concierge, they will try to talk you into a time share sales meeting.
