Their membership process was overwhelming, very pushy. They were short staffed, line ups to get drinks (no one around to serve you) and line ups to get inside for a table at the buffet. Even served ourselves wine as there were only 2 staff members serving a very large area. Staff was always very pleasant. Hotel also needs updating, looked very old or tired in many areas.

Restaurants and bars were a little disappointing, both severely understaffed, some restaurants only open certain days, one only serving breakfast but listed as breakfast and lunch. Anything nice, or “cool” wasn’t included. From Starbucks to bars, to cabanas. Everything was a members only space. The food at the restaurants were okay, but the buffet was awful. My husband got food poisoning from meat that was served. The bars had fruit flies and the beer coming from the tab tasted like it had never been cleaned. The staff were friendly, but everywhere you turned, they were trying to charge you for something. I would not recommend this to anyone, nor go back.
