There’s a glass window for the desk next to one of the beds, every time you walk by this, the glass window rattles and wakes up the other occupants in the room. The toilet room door takes a weightlifter to open and close, and it’s not quiet to do so which makes it hard to use the restroom in the middle of the night and not wake up other occupants. The breakfast was a nice setup; however, it is so understaffed that we had to wait several times for the items to be restocked before we could get our food, some of which were not even replenished while we were in the dining area. This included empty carafes of both coffees, which is a rude way to start the day. The hotel front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and polite. They had someone cleaning the snow off the cars as well when it started snowing. They have fresh cookies available each evening from 7-9pm, and they have water readily available, until it ran out. Not a bad place to have a one night stay but wouldn’t consider a longer stay or a stay to relax.
