It was my first solo trip since having my child two years ago and I will definitely be booking it again. It was nice quiet and relaxing and had an amazing view of the hillcountry!

It was exactly as shown in the photos — neat, clean and organized with all the necessary amenities provided. Our stay was seamlessly managed with timely communication. We were very comfortable in our space and enjoyed walking the grounds.

I really appreciate the communication and the follow-ups to ensure I had what I needed. This is a beautiful property. Check-in had a few bumps, but overall the unit was very nice, it had modern furnishings, a washer/dryer, and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

Great. Key retrieval was a bit confusing and staff kept on it to get my keys. I love this property

Apartment was brand new, fresh paint smell. Fully furnished. I could easily live there. Pool is like a resort. Will be back in December.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Wifi didn't work and at night the master bedroom was so noisy due to wind. It sounded like wolves howling outside.

.the apartamento is very very clean, organized, and nicely designed. The stay was awesome. If I were to recommend something, that would make it the perfect place. Since it was a family getaway, we wanted to relax and stay there, so I needed to cook. The cooking utensils were not good quality. The pans were old and the utensils not firm enough. Also, it would be ideal to have a set of twin beds or bunk beds for the guest room so that two people don’t have to co-sleep. Other than that, I highly recommend it

Apartment was in excellent condition in a great location. Check in not so much. You must upload documents and wait for an email to download an app to unlock the door. I arrived at 8 PM and did not get access until 915. Took 4 phone calls and a series of text messages. Actual unit was great! Comfortable furniture and bedding.

4/10 Aceptable

Property is great but they don’t take care of it. Condo was sparsely stocked. Staff at fitness center and pooled seemed annoyed we were there and wanted to use facility. Very disappointing.

6/10 Bueno

Check in procedure was terrible. Several steps via internet. Also, third party furnished the wrong entry code... we were left standing in the cold for over 30 minutes til someone could give us the correct code. Mold on ice and in the freezer. Area was very nice.

Apartment itself was great! Sold a bill of goods on fitness center since as a renter you could only go in middle of the day. Gate access was a challenge. Code was changed halfway through stay and couldn't get back in. Property management communication was good during business hours and horrible in evenings and early mornings. 24/7 was exaggerated.
