I am extremely disappointed with my recent hotel booking through Expedia. I specifically booked a room with the view we like, but upon arrival, the hotel gave me an entirely different room—one that was NOTHING like what I paid for.
When I addressed this issue with the hotel staff, they were unhelpful, dismissive, and acted like this was completely normal. After a frustrating back-and-forth, they eventually moved me to another room, but it still did not match what I originally booked. This is completely unacceptable.
I booked through Expedia expecting reliability and accuracy, yet I feel misled and cheated. I request an immediate refund or compensation for this experience. Please address this issue as soon as possible, as I do not want other travelers to go through this same frustrating ordeal.
