The room was so small and noisy because it's on the busy road. Also, they had no AC and you need to remember 4 code to be able to enter in the room...1 for the main entrance, one for the stairs, another one for the hall and finally one code for the room. But th location was excellent.

I'm really upset that Expedia recommend this hotel to me. The rate was over 400$ for a 2 star hotel with no reception. I needed 4 codes to enter the premises. The place was old and dirty with limited lighting. One of my worst hotel experience.

This is an unmanned apartment hostel, not an aprtement hotel. Check in was horrible and complicated. Hotel had no signs so was difficult to find. Then requiring internet access on your phone and 4(!) different codes for different doors. These were not sent on hotels.com messages but in separate email that since it came from a company went straight to spam. Entrance in what in the evening is an unlit creepy courtyard, very easy for a robbery if they walk in the main door after you. Felt unsafe. Then new door and no elevator, had to haul suitcases up two long stairways. Then two more doors with different codes. Room spacious but noisy (you can hear everything from street and neighbours) and hostel standard. No security lock on door, added to unsafety. Check out 11, but no place to store luggage. Customer service suggested we downloaded a third party app that then directed us to a low price store a block down where we were to store suitcases in the staff hallway of the grocery store with no security regarding theft from luggage and with all of the employees of the store having full access. Horrible experience. Travelled with family. Should be a lot more information of this on hotels.com as we would never had booked would we have known. Might be ok for group of 20 something friends on interrail i.e if not concerned for safety.

AU SECOURS pas aucun code d'accès ne fonctionne

Je n'ai jamais vécu une situation aussi horrible que celle que j'ai rencontré. Le jour d'arrivé l'horaire d'entrée dans le logement est décalé de 15H à 17H. Ensuite les codes du portail de la cour étaient mauvais, seule l'arrivée d'un livreur m'a permis d'entrer. Ensuite le code de la porte d'accès à m'immeuble avait changé, seule l'intervention d'étudiants ayant des chambres sur place m'ont permis d'entrer et m'informe de code ayant changer dans la journée. Ensuite le code d'accès à l'étage était également mauvais. Après un email à sebastien@groupe-ws.com qui n'a jamais répondu. Puis 15 minutes d'attentes au téléphone . Enfin je peux entrer dans les locaux. 0 Excuses . A éviter à tous prix si l'on veux éviter d'être stresser.

Rien ne vaut un véritable hôtel avec un accueil

Pas d accueil ni de réception tout fonctionne par code aux portes. Le petit déjeuner doit être commandé à un prestataire heureusement il y a un café près de la porte d entrée mais il faut sortir. Le confort dans les chambres est simple. Pas de bagagerie sauf en faisant appel à un prestataire.
