My son and I were very pleased to have found this superb historic small hotel. We were very pleasantly and genuinely welcomed, the room was superb, nice decor and high ceilings. Comfortable bed with comfy pillows and very quiet. I haven't slept so well in ages. Lovely old world breakfast / dining room. This will be our go-to in Cooma and will be highly recommended to friends & family. A rare find. Thanks, Dave.

The whole experience at Ellstanmore was excellent, friendly hosts, amazing decor throughout, lovely and warm inside whilst 1° outside. Breakfast was everything anyone would desire, sitting at a table for 12 people, great opportunity to meet and chat with other guests from many different parts. I can highly recommend this Guesthouse for an excellent stay.

The old classic style home with the high pressed metal ceilings were stunning, a quiet location, cosy room and included breakfast. A definite stay again.

Well kept heritage guest house. Our room was relatively large and furnished in heritage style. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were extra blankets, necessary for the cold night. Limited hot water. Breakfast was simple, but adequate and served in the large dining room. There was a separate communal sitting room and a gym and library. Plenty of parking.

This was a nice place to stay. The room was small but comfortable and it was great having a drink on the back deck in the early evening.

Great building, wonderful hosts & breakfast thrown in as well. Nice bed & very quiet at night. The bathroom was a bit small & the streming tv spent more time buffering the playing. But, it was still a nice place to stay.
