Estaba todo muy muy bien pero mi ultima noche durante la madrugada cayó agua del techo. Mas alla de eso todo excelente.

Amazing location but it’s an older hotel. The bed was not good (very hard) and it’s very noisy. The rooms were very basic

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and have always been very pleased. However this time, I was a little disappointed, the rooms are not as well maintained as they used to be, mine hadn’t cleaned properly and the dead lock didn’t work. A very kind member of staff did come out to try and fix it (there’s not staff on site after 4pm) but was unable to. He did replace my missing hairdryer and completely understood my concerns about the locks but was unable to change my room. It would be a shame if this hotel was left to deteriorate in the way that so many of these townhouse hotels are.

The room was very good & location is great, especially for the price. It was a significant problem that the reception was not staffed during the hours specified and that the staff was unresponsive during reception hours as I was forced to store my luggage at another hotel nearby both upon arrival & departure due to that unreliability.

Pretty good. Room was as advertised. Decent location. Self check in was a bit confusing at first but understood it in the end

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, it was very close to Paddington station and 4 minutes walk to Hyde Park (we were going to a concert in Hyde Park). We would stay again.

Good hotel location. The room was quite small and simple, but furniture was new and in good condition. The bed was large and comfortable. If you don't have overly high expectations, it’s good place to spend the night. It’s worth the money.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now, it’s excellent value for money, always clean and the room is well equipped. The location is great too, I’ll certainly be back again!

For the price a fab hotel. Easy to get to Paddington and Edgware. Super convenient for Hyde park. Great location and lots of coffee shops etc for breakfast. Have stayed here several times now.

Nice little place, a 2 minute walk from Paddington station. Helpful staff but it doesn't seem like staff are available 24/7.

Trace de sang un peu partout. Lit avec traces rouges. Sol pas nettoyé, trace d'ongle... Et pas d'insonorisation, on entendait tout de l'extérieur

Very convenient location near the station. Walkable to food and shops. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Great value with a bonus of air-conditioning.

Det er sikkert som det skal være i forhold til prisen. Ikke helt rent, ret slidt, men OK for en enkelt overnatning, men ikke mere end det

Excellent location, building quiet and safe, we did afterhours check in, very easy! Please note: there is no elevator.. and we were on the 4th floor and we had to drag our luggage. They stored our luggage the next day and it was wonderful.
