These are converted spaces so the noise is pretty strong from outside and any movement inside makes creaks and groans in the floors. I'm a pretty heavy sleeper so it wasn't a problem for me, might be for light sleepers. The accommodations are nice enough.

The property was very nice but the floors needed a little better cleaning. The supplies left for the guests were very useful and appreciated. Very close to lots of shopping and dining. The parking was 2 hours in front of the loft or you could park for free down the street. We booked it for 2 more stays!

We had a great day. The property was perfect location for everything that we wanted to do. Everything in the property was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. The sheets were a little sandpapery, but that’s it. Honestly, that would be finding something, great stay!!

Floors were pretty dirty. Having someone above you is EXTREMELY loud. The pullout bed mattress is very thin. The stove was not leveled after installed. There were not enough towels left for our group. The only thing going for that place is the location!

The apartment was very nice and suited our needs. Unfortunately we did not know that the downtown area hosts a Halloween weekend. Great for the local families but for us it was very noisy and we could get a single reservation for dinner anywhere. Nothing to do with the place just be careful if you expect to have a quiet place in the downtown area. Wish I did a little investigation.

When we got to the room the door that went straight out to the street from the room was open. Anyone from the street could have walked in the room. We could not get it to close and stay close and we could not get it to lock. I called and emailed the property manager. Who did get back in touch with me after I had got someone off the street to help me. I had to go outside on the street and get a stranger to lift the door up, and I had to pull on it from the inside to get it to lock. I was not happy that our room was not secure before we got there

The unit was very loud from the people next door and upstairs also outside was loud too. There wasn’t enough insulation Please soften the sound with rugs and include sound machines. Also the lighting could be softer not bright leds above. The location was good for dining and parking was plentiful. The unit was a nice size

This was an excellent property and close to the place where I needed to work. At first I was skeptical about the security of the street side door to the sidewalk but nothing happened. Blackout curtains would be an option. And adding a rug or two would make it more comfortable. Otherwise it is beautifully designed and comfortable.

it was just ok… no elevator to reach 2nd floor with suitcase. used coffee cups were dirty. had to request hangars, a shower caddy and fresh bed pillows .. the replacements weren’t much better.

Don't recommend

Not the cleanest place we ever stayed. It was just a weekend trip but you could clearly tell it had not been cleaned as there were dirty towels in the hallway, broken up potato chips on the stairs, and the bed was not comfortable at all. The amenities in the room were a thoughtful touch but they looked as though they had been rifled through. The bedding wasn't done correctly with a bare blanket (no duvet cover and no sheet on one side) which was kind of gross. I would have liked to know ahead of time that there was no elevator as we were on the 3rd floor. Though that may have been on the description somewhere that I didn't see to be fair. It was cheaper than other places nearby in Conway but I guess you get what you pay for.

The room was clean, the host was very responsive and amazing. Location was also perfect because restaurants, bars, and shops are all walking distance. There was an unfortunate misshap that occured that made me have to move halfway through my stay. There was construction happening right outside my room. They were doing construction work from 11-4. With that said, I reached out to the host who was very understanding. The host canceled the rest of my stay and refunded the remaining days. I also saw that day that the host actually messaged me about this construction work and I didn't see it until that day. The website that was used to manage the guest stay and communication is happyguest.com. This was the only frustrating part of this stay because the website had so many steps to login and create a login that I didn't do it until the day of the checkin. The host was very fair and amazing with communication. This is definitely another stay that I will gladly book the next time I am in town.

We had a 3 night stay for a family wedding. This is an old factory turned into living spaces #6. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere for food, shopping or exercise along the river walk. It is a beautiful small town. Perfect. The room was big enough and clean. We stayed in an efficiency, not a suite. It had all the basics needed for a short stay. We were very pleased with the room but there is room for improvement. The two plastic chairs were very uncomfortable, so it’s a good thing we didn’t stay in the room much. The bathroom was very nice but the vent fan is extremely loud and is on the same switch as the light over the mirror, so we couldn’t just use the light. The mini-split was able to keep up to the heat wave weather, but it was a little noisy. The room had only a very small trash can in the bathroom and no instructions on what to do with the trash when your stay was done. We ended up putting the trash in the trash can on the street corner. The 2 hr. free street parking was confusing. We couldn’t figure out if it was all of the spots or just the ones with signs. We still don’t know, but there are parking lots for free overnight parking, if you don’t mind a short walk. This place, with the few items I mentioned, worked for us and we would definitely stay again. If you don’t like stairs as there is no elevator, or walking a little more than a short walk to your car, I would look elsewhere. Otherwise this place is great.

Very convenient location. It was perfect for me as I simply needed a place to sleep and shower as I was visiting family. You can hear street traffic but that is to be expected as it’s an old building. I will definitely be renting again to visit family.
