Well… where do I begin? From the initial booking, there were issues. I was asked to complete verification from my “boarding pass.” I completed this right, with photos, id card etc. right after booking. Over the next couple days I got several emails and texts to do it again. I actually did it all again on the morning of our stay. Finally verified but did not receive our check in information until I called minutes before our 4 o’clock reservation. When we finally received the link, some of the directions were not clear or correct. No address on the building, directions to enter parking garage were not accurate and no mention on which spaces to use until we were actually in the unit. On all reservation info it said Cozy Suites # 31. Sure thought that was the unit number but no. Had to call back again to be instructed the room number was in a tiny little font below bl20 515. No mention that this was the room number. We were finally able to get in and settled. Thank god there was a bar right across the street!! As we walked out of our room, there were two men with phones out looking dumbfounded. We knew exactly that the problem was! Poor ups were having the same issues finding the building, where to park and we thought this was our room number. Glad we we able to help and avoid another angry phone call. Beyond all that needing to be clarified on your end in the future, the place was lovely in a great location! Clean up your directions and put on address on the building!
