At times, it also seemed like staff were a bit reluctant to assist when we requested simple things, such as water. I have had the best stay at Bonnie City Hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices to pick from. The location is very central and within walking distance of the old town, yet it is in a very quiet and safe area. The staff were inclusive, professional, friendly, kind, and polite. I would especially like to give a lot of credit to the two waitresses working in the restaurant, they are very hardworking and doing a great job

Everyone at the reception was nice, the hotel is okay if you are not paying much, the showers have bacteria and I had to shower with slippers because I was disgusted , parking was good, hotel location is not too bad although it looks bad. Breakfast was okay, not great, most things at breakfast were needless. Overall, the stay was okay and walkable.
