Totally misrepresented!
We booked and paid for a 7 night stay at this apartment. We arrived around 7:30pm local time after an all night trans-Atlantic flight from Canada.
We were met by Ruba, who does not speak Engish. She communicates via what’s app with her English speaking sister, Joudy, who we believe does not reside in Greece.
The issues we faced:
1. The bed was advertised as KING size, it was Queen size.
2. There are NO stunning views from this apartment as advertised.
3. There was no wifi. Joudy said they had changed internet providers and we would have to wait until at least Tuesday. She offered to provide an eSIM card. There was no router in this apartment and we have read on previous reviews dated May 2025 that there was no wifi.
4. There was no onsite parking as advertised. It was best luck in the courtyard and on street. Which is impossible to get.
5. The 2 AC units did not work.
Ultimately, we ended up renting another accommodations for the week as this one was falsely advised and not what we paid for. Joudy was very quick to respond but NOT receptive to any refund or help in any way. She was very rigid in her response on our concerns.
The apartment was clean and had a washer, which we used during the week. It was an expensive use to do laundry.
I cannot recommend this apartment, as I believe it is falsely advertised.
