I spent 3 nights at the Hampton Bays Hotel on Main, and it truly was a surprisingly pleasant stay. The room was just the right size. I was fortunate enough to meet the owner and had some wonderful conversations. Will definitely stay here again.

I loved this hotel. It is right in the middle of downtown Hampton Bays. You can walk to the train, there are tons of shops, there is a bar and spa right next to the hotel, and it is right near Franchescas (they have amazing italian food). The beach is a short bike ride down the street. Also the owners are the best and were very accomodating. I would definitely recommend.

It was much smaller than expected and you could hear everything. It was also pretty warm and there was no way to request or adjust the temperature in the room. There was also no designated parking which is fine but it would have been nice if it was specific where we could park.

I had a great stay. I was bracing myself for loud noise throughout the night based off the reviews . For the affordability , i was willing to sacrifice a quiet stay. Spent a night here for my girlfriends birthday and it was just what the Dr ordered. The room was cozy with a humongous bathroom, GREAT SHOWER PRESSURE,plenty of windows,oh and we had a few cool options on nearby places to eat. Definitely coming back in the summer.

At almost $400 a night this was way overpriced! It is above a tavern. There is no staff and no amenities. The bathroom was actually tiny and the faucet was broken as was the safe in the room. And the only way to control the air conditioner in the room was to close the vent in the ceiling by climbing on the bed. Overall not a place I would ever return to.
