2 Stars - Disappointing Service and Inconvenient
Our stay at TB Hotel was disappointing. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, making check-in a frustrating experience. It felt like they didn’t want to assist us at all. Additionally, the parking lot was located behind the hotel, which meant we had to walk around the building every time we needed to access our car. This was inconvenient, especially at night. Overall, the lack of helpful service and awkward parking situation really diminished our experience. Wouldn’t recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

Hidden Gem
TB hotel is a beautiful hidden gem with so much character. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The room catered to all our needs. Breakfast was delicious😋 and parking is free and safe which is a plus in Downtown Miami. I give them a 10/10.
