I hate getting on Google and leaving bad reviews, however, I don’t want another mom to have the same experience I did. I had a long drive with my three young kids and, being a single mom; I needed a cheaper, safe place to stop to give my kids a break from being in the car. The google reviews weren’t terrible and the hotel was right off the highway so I thought this was perfect. The lobby was the nicest thing about the stay. And probably the cleanest. Our room was so dirty that my children’s feet were literally black after being barefoot in there for less than 2 hours. I could tell right away that it wasn’t the safest place for me to be staying alone with my 3 kids. There were a lot of people sitting in their cars in the parking lot. The guy working the front desk didn’t say one word to me or even ask for my ID when I checked in. There were people screaming and running down the hallway long past two AM, doors slamming, cars in and out of the parking lot with super loud music playing, which, honestly I wouldn’t care too much about if it wasn’t so loud that it woke my baby up several times through the night. Our TV in our room wouldn’t work. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to figure out the password to the WiFi so I couldn’t play movies on my kids iPad. I did not feel even remotely safe and the ONLY thing about the staff that was nice was the man working to get the rooms ready.
