Luxury, Comfort, and Unbeatable Service

We recently stayed at the Campbell River Naturally Pacific Resort to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, and we couldn't have picked a better spot! Though we're from a neighboring community, this trip felt like a luxurious escape. We splurged on a suite, and it was worth every penny. The room was large, beautifully appointed, and exceptionally comfortable, complete with a gorgeous view. The resort has clearly put thought into the guest experience. What truly elevated our stay was the service. Our check-in was seamless and included bell service from a gentleman who provided absolutely stellar—10-star—assistance. He was the best! If you're looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and service-oriented hotel, this is it.

Comfortable stay

Some things were excellent and I’d stay again. Bedroom very well appointed and comfortable and good lighting, Nespresso coffee, Molton Brown toiletries etc.. However, some things just didn’t quite reach the standard aspired to, and some investment in staff training seems required. We dined in the restaurant on day 1 and did not want to return on day 2 - nothing terrible but not quite right (and too much salt).
