Overall the hotel is great, and I would recommend it to others.
Unfortunately the listing on hotels.com said that the room slept 6 people, but it only had two queens. The property or the website needs to update their listing. The front desk person couldn't put us in a room that accommodated all six of us. They did bring up an air mattress that we squeezed into a corner of the room to get by. I tried calling hotels.com, but customer service wasn't easy to get a result from, and it was late, so we just dealt with the situation as best we can.
We also had a guest above us that was moving around and stomping on the floor a lot. We called the front desk and they said they had just talked to them. We could hear the hotel management knocking on the door several times over a two hour period until it settled down around midnight. That can happen at any hotel, but it compounded an already challenging situation. Luckily management was trying to get a resolution.
Overall the front desk was doing a good job trying to help us and other lodgers address the concerns given a tricky evening (the elevator was also down when we arrived and we had to carry our bags up to the 4th floor).
