The daily cleaning of the room is an obligation of the hotel, it is in no way an exception, it is a right of the guest, these new policies that are detrimental to service and quality under the pretext of covid, are ridiculous and offensive, I requested during my stay the cleaning of my room and not a single day did they clean my room, and at dawn they turn off the boilers, there is no hot water for a shower, if you have an early flight they will not have hot water, terrible service they have stopped doing their job, I will not return to this hotel
