Started with check in. Arrived and we were told that our reservation was never sent to them by Expedia. Took about an hour before it was straightened out. The woman Maggie at the desk was great and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is nice, clean and what you pay for. The biggest complaint besides the check in was there wasn’t much hot water. 2 minutes into the shower and it turned cold.

Awesome beds, good for singles or couples

Overall good, would be great for a single traveling for business or a couple. Not great for families, other than the TVs having streaming logins. Shower was modern and nice, although long time for water to heat up- but no bathtubs in any rooms, and only enough towels given for two (room sleeps 4 with a pull out sofa). It’s a fairly new hotel so most of it is modern and sleek and clean- but floor was very scuffed and a little dirty, also very cold. Service and sense of hospitality could use improvement. When we checked out, the front desk didn’t say thank you, ask how our stay was, nothing. Just “we need your keys”, then we handed the keys and they walked away. Not a huge deal, just a little off putting. On the plus side, while the pull out sofa was far from comfortable, the actual bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in- the bed, the blankets, the pillows, all heavenly. We had one of the best nights sleeps in a while. We didn’t use the kitchenette much, but if we had, it was clean and well stocked.

This hotel is very new—spotless, modern, and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze, and they accommodated my early arrival without any issues. Staff were also respectful and helpful with my service animal, which I truly appreciated. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and had a super comfortable bed. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully designed, though I did miss the usual small extras like a sewing kit or shower cap. Parking was plentiful and easy, and the location was convenient with a restaurant, cookie shop, and Wawa just a short walk away. The area felt safe and clean, and car shares to Asbury were simple (about a 10-minute ride). The hotel also has a 24-hour laundry facility and fitness center. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for electrical work, which was disappointing since we had hoped for a quick swim before checkout. Breakfast ran until 9 AM and was more substantial than a standard continental —eggs, sausage, potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, Belgian waffles, oatmeal with toppings, bagels, pastries, juices, and decent coffee with milk options. The toaster, however, didn’t work, so we couldn’t enjoy the bagels, and bacon was noticeably missing. Overall, a great hotel and stay—I would definitely return!

Pretty new complex so cleaned was excellent but continental breakfast was a bit odd with no fresh fruits, fresh entrees all seemed very much heat up frozen food … but room was amazing.
