The hotel grounds were beautiful & inviting! It definitely has an island/beach vibe. The pool area is what really brought us back. My daughter, granddaughter & I all loved it! Our room was clean, smelled good, looked nice & had a spacious balcony. A few things happened/we noticed this trip, that we didn't last time. Don't leave any of your belongings in the indoor pool area & expect them to be there when you go back. We did & our stuff was gone. We thought surely someone didn't take them. So we had to stop what we were doing & enjoying our day to walk around & find somebody to ask if our stuff had been moved. We ended up going to the front desk, they had to call someone, we waited a few minutes, then they brought our stuff back to us. Our issue was that we saw multiple other people leave their stuff sitting in the same spot all day while they were enjoying the pool & etc. & theirs weren't moved. On a hot day after we'd already had to ask for the umbrella we were sitting under to be opened so we could have some shade, a very nice young man working came back & told us he was sorry, but his manager said that he'd have to close it because they were too expensive to get torn up. That extreme winds were expected any minute (extreme winds never came). Those are things that could maybe looked over. What couldn't be looked over was 1 of the bartenders attitude when I asked a question. Every other employee we came in contact with was pleasant! Lastly, the breakfast could be improved.
