Clean house on a quiet street, however the garden was a mess and unusable for my children. There were loose bricks laying in the grass and cigarette butts everywhere (even in the BBQ). The fences surrounding the garden were broken and one section had fallen, meaning the garden was insecure and dangerous for children.
